Where calls are processed
Calls are answered and processed using third-party voice and speech providers under data-processing agreements. Data is processed to deliver the service you asked for and for no other purpose.
Callers
Callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking with an automated assistant. Recordings and transcripts are handled under the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of infrastructure, voice, and email providers to run the service. We will publish the current list here and keep it up to date.
Requests
Business owners and callers can request access to or deletion of their data by emailing us. We will verify the request and act on it promptly.
