How it works

The short version fits on the home page. Here's the long version for the people who want the detail before they trust a call to a machine.

  1. 1 · Forward your number

    Your existing business number stays exactly as it is. In your phone settings you add call forwarding: when you're on another call or don't answer within a few rings, the call rolls over to your Aslan AI line. Nothing else about your setup changes.

  2. 2 · The assistant answers

    It greets the caller, understands what they want, and handles it: books or moves an appointment in your calendar, answers questions using your hours and services, takes a message, or transfers the call to you. It speaks English and Turkish and follows the caller's language automatically.

  3. 3 · You just watch

    Bookings appear in your Google Calendar in real time. Messages arrive in your inbox as clean transcripts. Every Monday you get a one-page summary of what happened while you were working — no dashboard to log into.

What it can do

  • Book, move, and cancel appointments
  • Answer questions from your business details and hours
  • Take a message and email you the transcript
  • Transfer a live call to your phone
  • Switch between English and Turkish mid-call
  • Send an SMS confirmation to the caller

And what it won't do

It won't pretend to be a person, and it won't invent an answer it doesn't have. When it isn't sure, it takes a message or puts the caller through to you. For the first week we review every conversation together so you can see exactly how it behaves before you rely on it.

Languages

The engine underneath speaks 97 languages and switches automatically when a caller changes language mid-call. English and Turkish are tested end-to-end; at setup we enable the ones your business needs.
